We have a team of highly skilled and qualified inspectors, checking the quality of all the parts that pass through our factory on a daily basis, but in addition to this and always looking to invest in high quality inspection equipment, we recently purchased in a Keyence IM Machine to help with the higher volume parts, it can measure up to 99 dimensions in seconds.  The IM machine also automatically records data and can produce inspection reports, this in turn can help the inspectors produce their First Article Reports on our parts.
